Seller rules and food safety
Seller obligations for listings, allergens, preparation, handoff, seller status, and payments.
Listings and product information
- Describe the offer accurately, including title, description, quantity, price, availability, handoff location, and photos.
- Declare allergens and do not hide information that may affect buyer safety or choice.
- Do not publish expired, recalled, prohibited, unsafe, or non-compliant products.
Seller status and payment
The profile may distinguish individual and professional sellers. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of their status and for tax, social, food-safety, and administrative obligations.
Publication or payout may be blocked when payment setup, provider verification, compliance, or anti-fraud review requires it.
Order handoff
The seller must prepare the offer according to its description and respect the announced availability window.
Seller payout may depend on handoff confirmation by the parties and the absence of an active dispute.
