A review must reflect a real experience, relate to a relevant order or interaction, and remain factual.

Ratings and reviews may contribute to public seller statistics when the workflow publishes them.

Prohibited content

• Insulting, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, or illegal statements.
• Unnecessary personal data, private contact details, sensitive medical content, or unverifiable accusations.
• Fraudulent reviews, undisclosed conflicts of interest, rating manipulation, or pressure on another party.

Reporting and moderation

Grinsel may remove, hide, limit, or investigate a reported review or content item when the Terms, the law, or platform safety require it.
